Client provides basic outline of the position, full job description and benefits.

2. Sourcing

Comprehensive recruitment search through database, social media, ads.

3. Screening

Initial candidate screening and interview, and presentation of candidate.

4. Coordination

Formalized interview coordinated between client and candidate.

5. Evaluation

Continuously evaluated with regards to motivation and employment status.

6. Appointment

Candidate successfully appointed, offer letter sent, documents prepared.

7. Communication

Continuous communication with client and candidate until employment commencement date.

8. Follow Up

Follow up with client and candidate post-deployment commencement date.
